As an advocate for greater business knowledge, we regularly deliver educational and organisational development programmes in our areas of practice.
The programmes are both public and in-house customised.
Responding to market demand, our current focus is on Pricing and Strategic Disruption.
We were foundation partners in the first Asia Pacific Conference hosted by the Professional Pricing Society (PPS) in Singapore 2013; where we delivered a one-day programme on B2B Pricing (covering pricing strategy, optimisation, research, and implementation).
To build our programmes we review, research, and bring-to-life the business ideas of leading academics, external collaborators, and partners.
In addition we continually refresh and update our programmes by exploring ideas that will shape the business strategies of tomorrow.
At the same time we don’t bypass classic thinking on Pricing, Sales and Marketing, and Business Strategy; especially where it has continued relevance in today’s disrupted and rapidly-changing business environment.

The purpose of our education programmes is to build organisational capability, enhance the breadth and depth of management conversations, and effect cultural change.
Core Premise | Equal Contribution
The core premise of our education programmes is that all participants have much to contribute and a great question is worth more than a simple answer. Our breadth of experience and knowledge enables us to holistically cover each topic as no strategic issue can be addressed in isolation.
Workshop Size and Focus | Quality Optimised
We will often limit our workshops to between 20 and 25 participants to ensure each participant gains maximum value from the content and the Q&A sessions.
